Biomesotherapy, developed by doctors in Germany some 50 years ago, is a combination of homoeopathy and acupuncture. It involves injecting digitally programmed saline solution into specific acupuncture points, just under the skin to stimulate and encourage healing of the particular condition being treated. The treatment is virtually painless as the needles are the same size as a traditional acupuncture needle.
