Optimal Health  and Wellness Centre offers HICAPS facilities which enables you to receive your private health rebate on the spot. Please bring in your health fund membership card and present it when paying for your treatment. Private health funds provide varying levels of cover for Naturopathy,and treatments. Please contact your health fund for full details of these benefits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. Late cancellations or missing an appointment means that another patient misses out on the opportunity of receiving care.

 In fairness to all of our patients and our practitioners, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy, where appointments that are cancelled, missed or changed without 48 hours notice, will be charged for the appointment missed.  A 48 hour notice period allows us to rebook this time for another patient who may be on our waiting list for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
